Seems like I write updates every season...
so here's the summer 2009 edition. where to begin...

I'm playing softball again this summer but I've kicked it up a notch- I'm playing with a league team and a tournament team. I absolutely love my league team, win or lose I ALWAYS have a great time with those girls. The tournament team is so-so. I haven't yet jelled with most of them mostly because our tournaments keep getting cancelled but we're pretty good and have come in 2nd twice. We qualified for nationals in Alabama, which I'm pretty excited about.

Work is well work. I can't believe how much stuff I'm getting to do. Technically my title is web designer, but I keep saying that's the least of what I do. I've been doing a lot of video and photography lately and I'm enjoying learning some new stuff. Problem is getting those other, smaller, less fun tasks out of the way. I had a super crazy project to do in the spring and it came out pretty good but I have so many more things I want to do!

I really need to start freelancing again though (anyone need a website!?) definitely will be redesigning and updating my portfolio here soon!

I moved again. Roommate wanted to move closer to his work and I ended up finding an apartment right on campus that is pretty good size and money-wise. I'm now a full 5 minute walk from work! I'm enjoying living by myself more than I thought I would. I've also upgraded my 10 gallon fish tank to a 55 gallon! I love it!!

Summer here in Ohio this year has been an interesting one. Its raining a lot and hasn't been super warm. The rain has been a pain just because it only seems to fall on days I have softball games, I think more games have been cancelled due to rain then I've played this year. Grrrr.
